These terms and conditions (for the Flash Sale) should be read in addition to our standard terms and conditions which can be read here or from the link at the bottom of the page.

(A)  Additional Terms

  1.  The sale starts at 20:00 BST (British Summer Time) on 23rd May 2014 and will end 20:00 BST on 2nd June 2014
  2.  A selection of our products are on offer at a reduced price + P&P - current rates are on our standard terms and conditions and are offered in £ GBP only.
  3. The products on offer are in limited numbers and we will endevour to keep the sale page up to date throughout the hours of the sale; however in the unlikely event we run out of the product you order, we will contact you to notify you of the unavailbility of the product
  4. The selection of products changes daily at 20:00 BST until the end of the sale
  5. Due to the software we use on this website (www.timeless-hobbies.com) if you are in the middle of ordering during the switchover to the new products (20:00 BST); if the transaction fails the product is unlikely to be available due to browser refreshing.  Should this happen we maybe able to honor this purchase, please contact us
  6. The products will be available on our main page(s) throughout the sale, at the full price. If you inadvertently purchase via the main page(s) please contact us and if the stock is available it is likely we will honor this transaction at the sale price
  7. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)
